de keukenhof. Lisse. Nederland.May 17, 2012 We zijn stilaan de lente toe. daarom nu alvast een voorproefje. De Keukenhof is een bekend bloemenpark in Nederland ten noordwesten van Lisse. Het trekt jaarlijks ongeveer 800.000 bezoekers vanuit de hele wereld. Op het 32 hectare grote park worden jaarlijks in het voorjaar (eind maart t/m eind mei) bolgewassen van bedrijven uit de omgeving tentoongesteld. In prachtig aangelegde velden zijn meer dan 7miljoen krokussen, narcissen, tulpen, hyacinten,lelies en andere bolgewassen te zien. Sinds 1957 staat op het terrein de Keukenhofmolen. Er zijn diverse tentoonstellingen. Ook zijn er rondleidingen en het is mogelijk een tochtje te maken met een fluisterboot. In 2010 is het park geopend van 18 maart tot en met 16 mei. This is a park you will never forget, if you have been there! The quality of the original video is very much better. The rest of the video has been lost for a long time due to a computer crash, but miracles do happen. It was possible to recover most of the material in September 2009 and a new version will be created as soon as time permits. This version could be deleted. Keukenhof - world's largest flower garden (NL) [HD]May 24, 2012 April 23, 2011 - 'Keukenhof' in the Netherlands, also known as the Garden of Europe, is the world's largest flower garden for over 50 years. It is filled with tulips, hyacinths, daffodils and other spring bulbs. Facts & figures: Over 7 million flower bulbs are planted by hand every year in the park, which covers an area of 32 hectares. It has 4.5 million tulips in 100 varieties, and flower bulbs in more than 1600 different varieties. The bulbs are supplied by 91 Royal Warrant Holders. There are more than 2500 trees in 87 varieties. There are 15 kilometers of footpaths, 280 benches, 15 fountains and 32 bridges. There are 4 different indoor pavilions. Keukenhof is located near the small town of Lisse, between Amsterdam and The Hague. It is situated in an area called the "Dune and Bulb Region" (Duin- en Bollenstreek), a region that features coastal dunes and the cultivation of flower bulbs. Keukenhof is open annually from the last week in March to mid-May. The best time to view the tulips is around mid-April, depending on the weather. Tip: go early in the morning or late in the afternoon, there are less people. Where Keukenhof is situated now, was a hunting area in the 15th century. Herbs for the kitchen of the castle were also collected here; hence the name Keukenhof ("kitchen garden"). The garden was established in 1949 by the then-mayor of Lisse. The idea was to present a flower exhibit where growers from all over the Netherlands and Europe could show off their hybrids ...

Il est ouvert chaque année de la mi-mars à la mi-mai.Les bulbes sont fournis gratuitement par les exposants. Les architectes du parc imaginent les massifs environ un an à l'avance et les jardiniers plantent les bulbes (à la main) entre octobre et décembre. Près de chaque massif, une pancarte donne les coordonnées de l'exposant auprès duquel les fleurs présentées peuvent être achetées. À la fin de la saison, les bulbes sont déterrés pour pouvoir être réutilisés l'année suivante. -------------------- (Nederlandse)------------------------- De Keukenhof park is gelegen ten noordwesten van Lisse in Zuid-Holland, Nederland. Het is elk jaar geopend van half maart tot half mai.Les bollen zijn geschonken door de standhouders. De architecten voor ogen de enorme park ongeveer een jaar van tevoren en tuinders plant de bollen (met de hand) tussen oktober en december. Bijna elke berg, een teken geeft de details van de exponent waarmee presenteerde de bloemen kunnen worden gekocht. Aan het einde van het seizoen, worden de bollen gerooid worden hergebruikt voor het volgende jaar.
